Terms of Service

Welcome to DugoutData. These terms govern your use of dugoutdata.co (the "Service"), operated by DugoutData ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

DugoutData provides rankings, statistics, and analytics for youth travel baseball, compiled from publicly available scorekeeping records. The Service is informational — rankings and statistics are estimates built from available data and are provided "as is," without warranty of completeness or accuracy. Game data depends on what scorekeepers publish; errors in source data may appear in the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are for individual use — one person per account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid features are offered as a monthly subscription, billed in advance. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the end of the paid period. If you're in your first week of a paid month and the Service isn't for you, contact us for a full refund. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or republish the Service's data; don't attempt to access other users' accounts or non-public parts of the Service; don't use the Service to harass players, coaches, families, or umpires. Statistics on this site describe youth athletes — use them with the respect that deserves.

5. Youth data

Player statistics displayed on the Service come from publicly available scorekeeping records. We display abbreviated player names (first name and last initial). If you are a parent or guardian and want a player's information removed or corrected, contact us via the Help & Feedback button on any page and we will respond promptly. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your paid account without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DugoutData is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
